Use of the Website

When you access Stüssy’s website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from activities that compromise the integrity and security of our platform. Prohibited actions include:

Product Listings and Order Acceptance

Stüssy strives to maintain accurate product details including prices, descriptions, and stock status. Despite precautions, errors can occur. Your order represents an offer to purchase that we must confirm before finalizing.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order when necessary, including but not limited to cases of pricing inconsistencies, insufficient stock, payment issues, or fraud prevention concerns.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing typically occurs within 1-3 business days.
After processing, standard delivery takes between 7-12 business days.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout for your review before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days following delivery of your order. To be eligible for return, items must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping fees are your responsibility, except when the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To begin a return, contact Stüssy support by emailing leonlahu67@gmail.com to receive return authorization.

After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, processing may have started, preventing cancellation.
